Do not go to this car was unless you don't mind leaving with damage to your car. Run by teenagers who don't care. Gary R. as GM is even worse. To start, I pumped gas two blocks away, and found myself staring at my cars fin antenna, and how dirty my car was. After going through the car wash, I pulled into their full service area for a hand dry and vacuum, while I was waiting, I noticed the fin I had just been staring at at the gas station was no longer there. The teenage employees couldn't find my fin but gave me a manager's card instead. When I got ahold of Gary the GM, I was told that they would be reviewing security footage to be sure my car didn't lose the fin on the two block drive from the gas station, and that he would get back to me on Monday (phone call was Saturday). By Tuesday, I still had not heard back, my husband called and left a couple messages before finally getting a call back. Basically, we are responsible for the damage done to my car at this car wash and the GM didn't even remember telling me he was going to look through security footage or that he'd call me back.
