Inspiration for Frankie's Lobstah Trap came from his Las Vegas restaurant partners. They encouraged him to combine his passion of fishing, diving and culinary skills with his entrepreneurial instincts and business flare, but this time take it local – home to his backyard in Tampa Bay.
