Description

There is a fully-equipped playground, with splash pad and interactive fountain to cool off in hot summer months, sports courts and plenty of open space for games and a dog park for your best friend. The park is also popular with runners and rollerbladers. After all that exercise, enjoy a picnic in the covered shelter area. The park has been undergoing some sprucing up as park of the city's beautification program.

Giddens Park offers After School Activity Program (ASAP) and summer camp programs at the Kathryn Malone Activity Center.

City parks are open from 8 a.m. until dusk.
