With a large selection of buffet-style dishes such as bacon and Swiss cheese quiche, mandarin orange and cream cheese stuffed French toast, and seafood Fra Diavolo pasta, every ‘bunny’ is sure to be pleased at Rivers Edge Restaurant’s Easter brunch. At the carving station, diners can also look forward to a slow-roasted and herb-crusted prime rib, along with a pineapple, rum and brown sugar glazed ham. Adults can enjoy this extravagant menu for $59++ per person, seniors (55+) for $49++ per person and children (under 10) for $22++. Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
