Event Details
Flugtag, which stands for "Flying Day" in German, is a competition put on by Red Bull which tests the human ability to fly engine-free inventions over the waters below. The 2008 Red Bull Flugtag will take place in Chicago, Portland Oregon and Tampa Bay. The Red Bull Flugtag in Tampa will take place at The City Park at Tampa Convention Center on July 19, 2008. The event will except 30 teams of up to 5 members to take part in the event and test their skills & inventions in the human flying competition. Applications must be made online at www.redbullflugtagusa.com before May 16th.
