The man who keeps the engine humming is the President and Co-Owner of BMW of Sarasota and Lamborghini of Sarasota, Victor Young. "Excellence is what the client sees at every level," said Young. "But we keep it simple, comprehensive and are constantly benchmarking ourselves. We know we have a high-end, high-tech product, which leads to longevity and added value for our clients."
And that detail extends to the over 100 team members at BMW of Sarasota. "Victor tells you what you need to hear and is very perceptive," said Director of Client Relations Susan Schoengold. "He puts the right people in the right seat and I'm the perfect example."
Case in point, Young said that when he came aboard 10 years ago, there were no female employees working at BMW of Sarasota. Now, the staff is 35 percent female.
"I wanted to have a great environment that is conducive to success and change the mindset," said Young. "I love the level of service, communication, tone and energy the women bring to the table. We take good people and make them great. We supercharge our humans and make them superhumans."
