FLORIDA TINY HOUSE FESTIVAL (5th Annual) Please help us create a safe and fun festival by following our "Festival COVID-19 & Social-Distancing Guidelines" listed below while attending the Florida Tiny House Festival (5th Annual)...
Event Details
- Maintain Social Distancing.
- Face Masks are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (not mandated). Please note: Some homeowners might require face mask when touring the inside of their home. They can deny entry to those individuals who are not wearing masks.
- Limit number of people inside any home at any one time. Also, only those who traveled together to the event will be permitted inside homes at the same time.
- Additional hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the festival.
- Our staff and volunteer are required to wear masks while on duty.
- Anyone who displays COVID-19 symptoms will be denied entry.
- No re-entry at the gate on the same day. Only one entry per day.
- Limited number of tickets available for this event so we all can practice social distancing effectively.
- Extra cleaning/disinfecting of the restrooms.
- We are encouraging online ticket sales to promote less close person contact at the gate.
- Only food concessions with COVID-19 safety and sanitation training will be serving food and beverages during the event.
Due to these new guidelines, which were successfully introduced and implemented at our annual Georgia Tiny House Festival in July 2020, you might experience a delay in wait times and/or longer lines. Please bear with us as we are doing everything we can to ensure you and those important to you have a safe and wonderful time at this year's Florida Tiny House Festival.

Please join us at the 5th Annual Florida Tiny House Festival, which will be the United Tiny House Association's 18th For-Charity Tiny House Festival! Our 2020 Florida event is being held at The Villages Polo Park, 703 N Buena Vista Blvd, The Villages, FL 32162, and Parking is FREE!!
It will a weekend full of all things “tiny“ and fun! You will be able to tour and view all sorts of tiny stru
