ABOUT THE ARTIST:
This name change is a more wholesome and distinct representation of his sound/message and a unique way for his face/music to be known by not just America but the rest of the world.
“Brek” meaning a person of high ambition & benevolence
“Milo” meaning “mild, peaceful, calm”.
Coaxing listeners through emotional lyrics and uplifting melodies, Brek Milo stunningly compromises intimate troubadour breeze with guitar aficionado razzle. After losing a parent in childhood and battling bouts of mental illness in adolescence, one which almost claimed his life, he found refuge and empowerment through music.
Brek's eclectic sound features elements as contrasting as pop, rock, blues, folk, and soul; John Mayer meets Ed Sheeran. The versatile young artist sharpened his teeth listening to diverse types of music, and more importantly, performing extensively throughout local scenes across the country. His relationship with music started at an early age when he started to write his own songs as a teenager growing up in southwest Florida, inspired by late 90s/early 2000’s radio hits by the likes of Santana and Matchbox Twenty.

This North Port High School graduate and veteran musician is having a send-off concert for his move to Nashville where he is pursuing a career as a performing songwriter/recording artist.
