Description
The Firehouse Cultural Center is being developed and sponsored as a project of the Ruskin Community Development Foundation (RCDF), a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on supporting the development of significant community projects. The desire to have such a center has long been a part of the Ruskin Community Plan. The Center Planning & Advisory committee represents a diverse range of area arts, educational, civic and business organizations, as well as artists, writers and educators, developed the concept for the center, with plans for an independent Advisory Board and staff. RCDF's proposal has been accepted and approved in concept by the County Commission.

Art Play Date
Make a date with your little one and create together. This course will explore art-making for ages 4 to 11. It's a chance for children and their caregivers to make collaborative work together inspired by works on view at the Tampa Museum of Art.
