ASSISTING CHEF AND SOUS CHEF PREPPING FOR VOLUME FOR ALL STATIONS.DUTIES, ADHERE TOP RECIPES PROVIDED, WITH POSITIVE "WHATEVER IT TAKES" ATTITUDE. SIDE WORK OF RESETTING WORKING STATIONS WITH ADEQUATE TOOLS, AND PREPARE FOR NEXT BUSINESS VOLUME, AND MANTAIN THE CLEAN AS YOU GO RULE.
