Arts Advocates Gallery, The Crossings at Siesta Key mall, 3501 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34239
Greg Rumpf is the assistant principal at Booker High School where he oversees the award-winning and state-of-the-art visual and performing arts program that prepares students in pre-professional dance, film and animation, music, production and design, theatre, and visual art training. Greg has two paintings in the permanent collection of the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis, Tennessee, as well as in many private collections. His work has been featured in Sarasota Magazine, the Sarasota Herald-Tribune, Savoy Magazine and others. His work was also recently featured on the PBS show, Arts Plus. He will speak about preparing the next generation of artists. Student talent will be showcased! The lunch offering includes assorted meat, cheese, and vegetable wraps; fresh fruit; and dessert. This is an open-seating event. $30 for Arts Advocates members, $35 for non-members (includes lunch). Register at ArtsAdvocates.org.
