Gentle Flow Yoga with Stefanie Jarvis
Wednesdays @ 12:30 pm (60 minutes)
In person at the Cosmic Center.
$10 per class.
Join Stefanie Jarvis, RYT 200 for a Gentle Flow Yoga class geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Breathing techniques and meditation is also integrated. Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation. No experience or flexibility required.
