Chef Lan and Chef du Cuisine Jorge have created a very special night featuring two memorably delicious menus. Wine and spirit pairings will be available. Reservations are required, please call 941-953-7111 to reserve your table! Online reservations will not be available for NYE.

Seafood Bisque – crab, shrimp, cobia, crème fraiche, tarragon
Serrano Ham & White Asparagus Salad – heirloom tomato, dubliner cheese, meyer lemon vinaigrette

Roasted Quail – andouille, currant & anisette glaze, polenta
Beef Tartare – mushrooms, cognac, truffle

Filet Mignon - foie gras butter, demi glace, prosciutto & chive twice baked potato
