Join Artist Series Concerts of Sarasota at Bird Key Yacht Club to hear “Emerging Stars of Sarasota.” This concert showcases the exceptional talents of some of Sarasota’s finest high school aged musicians, each of whom has participated in Sarasota Orchestra’s long running youth programs. Violinists Olivia Leichter and Margaret Toth, bassoonist Sophia Tarlton, bassist Haley Sprague, and pianist Kristian Mendoza will perform music by Chopin, Mozart, Bruch, Serge Koussevitzky and Fritz Kreisler. The concert is followed by lunch at 12:15 pm.
