Sarasota Challenge

We are pleased to announce that the Sarasota Challenge will take place on March 27th and 28th, 2021 at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Sarasota, FL
Dancers from all over the country will be competing in variety of styles in Pro/Am divisions.

Sarasota Challenge competition is a unique opportunity to see aspiring amateur dancers competing with their professional instructors throughout the day, as well as renowned professional couples in exhibitions during the evening sessions.

Sarasota Challenge will open to the public on Saturday March 27th at 4pm with informative seminars led by professionals, followed by a cocktail gathering, gourmet dinner, drinks, general dancing and a professional show.
Sunday, March 28th will feature competitions for professional and amateur couples in the Smooth and Ballroom divisions, which begin at 8 a.m. Rhythm and Latin divisions will follow at 1pm. The cocktail reception at 7:30 p.m. will be followed by formal gourmet dinner in the ballroom, an awards reception, and more general dancing.
Sunday will conclude with a Professional Show Extravaganza featuring the headliners of the evening & our Champion couple the Blackpool & World semi finalist, US & South Open Champions Asta Sigvaldadottir and Andrei Kozlovsky.
