Every year the people of Sarsota forego the ball drop for a Pineapple Drop.
Event Details
The celebration will be from 1:30 in the afternoon to 1:30 in the morning and will include carnival games, live music, food and drink spots and deals from local restaurants. After the drop, stick around for fireworks.
