Description

The long-awaited, $6.2 million Bradenton Riverwalk project that began construction the summer of 2011 has been completed. There's something for everyone at this great park, the Riverwalk is a 1.5-mile long park that includes a splash fountain, a skate park, canoe and kayak launch, beach volleyball, fishing pier, an outdoor living room to read and lounge, and a 20-slip day dock. There is also an outdoor amphitheater that will be regularly used for music in the park and performances by the Manatee Players.
