Bradenton Country Club is currently looking for cooks eager to learn and willing to become a highly skilled member of the kitchen team.

As a cook, you will be receiving instructions from the Executive Chef and assist him in the preparation and cooking of foods, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of work areas. You will be organizing and obtaining supplies and utensils as required. You will fry, boil, or steam vegetables and meats to prepare menu dishes. You may be required to cook simpler dishes such as fried foods. You will prepare salads, sandwiches and bake pastries and breads.

We are looking for someone with experience in restaurant cooking.

• Someone who can cook from recipes, not simply defrost items
• Someone who is aware of the importance of a clean, sanitary kitchen, both cookware and dinnerware.

We would prefer someone who has experience in cooking in a professional kitchen so that the methods we use will not be completely unknown to you.
