With the coldest beer in miles, the best smoker on the island, and some of the freshest fish you can find, we are working hard to give you the best dining experience in Anna Maria! Our fresh fish comes from right off the AMI coast, and is always changing. Be sure to ask your server about any specials we may have, or enjoy one of the classic menu items that have made us a favorite with locals.

The Ugly Grouper was formerly known as The Barefoot Tiki Bar, but long before that it was a gas station! Under new ownership, we are planning a full list of renovations and working hard to bring you the best possible dining experience around. The new Ugly Grouper will have a new menu with a larger selection of food, brand new bathrooms, a full service bar with a signature drink menu, and much much more. With so many great changes coming, we hope you'll come back and see the changes first hand as we grow into a brand new Ugly Grouper!
