It's time to raise a glass (or two) and toast to Venice! The people of Venice are holding the 10th annual Toast to Venice Wine, Food and Beer Festival and celebrating life in paradise!
This wonderful gathering is taking place on Saturday the 24th of March at the Maxine Barritt Park, close to the famous Sharky's restaurant and beach, right here in Venice. This toast will last for three hours, between 2 - 5 p.m., rain or shine! The great thing about this location is that if it does in fact rain, it's conveniently covered by a large pavilion, keeping you dry while you drink and eat your heart away.
Are you thinking that you will just drink and eat dinner somewhere else? Think again! There will be quite a number of food vendors.These vendors include Brew Burgers, British Open Pub, Buffalo Bills Brew-B-Q, Cafe Venice, Caribbean Pie Company, Cedar Reef Fish Camp, Flynn's, Alegro Bistro, Mario's Pizza, Paradise Grill, Venice Yacht Club, Culvers, Pinchers, and Sharky's! Even with all of these wonderful options, there are also dessert vendors including Bentley's Ice Cream and Sweet Treats and Gifts. There is so much food and drink at the Venice Wine, Food and Beer Festival, you won't go hungry or thirsty!
You definitely won't want to miss this fun afternoon, with such amazing food, desserts, and of course beer and wine! If you want to ensure your spot for this event, go ahead and purchase your tickets in advance. Tickets are $40 if you purchase ahead of time and if not, they will be $45 at the door. Space is limited though, so make sure you do get yours before they run out! You can also purchase your tickets at Venice Apothecary, Contemporary Hearing, and Joyner Family Insurance.
So grab a group of friends and make your plans for Saturday March 24th, and go toast to the Venice Wine, Food and Beer festival!
