Still trying to figure out your career? Don’t despair! IMG Academy in Bradenton is hosting a career fair on March 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Legacy Hotel at IMG Academy. Come out for a free event and learn about all the incredible career opportunities at IMG. From entry-level positions to professional services, you’ll be able to learn about all the departments that make this school a success.
On March 29 from 7:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. head out the The Ritz-Carlton in Sarasota for a great event about women’s health. Learn about your body, what’s normal and what isn’t, from Johns Hopkins Medicine faculty. Get your questions answered and find out the best way to keep your body healthy.
If you enjoy wine, this is an event you don’t want to miss. Beginning at 5:30 p.m. on March 29, The Ringling is hosting a wine pairing experience that gives you the opportunity to explore the World’s Fair through the food and wine. Stations will be set up with past World’s Fair themes and activities to enhance the event.
11th Annual Robinson Preserve Twilight 5K & 10K Race
Enjoy one of Bradenton’s treasures in a new way at the 11th Annual Twilight Run at Robinson Preserve. Inviting local families, this event will start with kid’s dashes at 5:30 p.m. You’ll be able to run the trails in the cool evening air as the sun sets. After the race, relax under the stars at the awards ceremony with food and beverages. If you aren’t a runner, come out to support other locals and enjoy food and beverages under a starlit sky.
Orange Blossom Craft Fair and Festival!
This free event is hosted by Mixon Farms and will bring local crafters, artisans, and venters to one area. You’ll be able to purchase unique, hand-crafted items made locally. Entertainment and activities will be available for the whole family. Head out to Mixon Farms in Bradenton on March 30 at 9 a.m.
'Bradenton in Bloom' Garden Tour
Bradenton is a wellspring of beautiful plants and vegetation, and you can take a day to enjoy it on March 30. Beginning at 10 a.m. you can take a self-guided tour of five gorgeous gardens. Sponsored by the Manatee River Garden Club, this tour has been going on for 14 years and now features a new garden as well as gardens native Florida plants and a tropical garden.
