If you don't mind traveling, Dade City has Scream-A-Geddon, which has been voted as one of the best haunted houses in the country. There are six attractions in one location, including Rage 3D, Demon’s Revenge, Zombie Paintball Assault and three new attractions. There is always Universal's Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando or Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens in Tampa if you can travel for a scare!
