RyGuy's Chicken & Waffles was spawned by Tampa Restauranteur Ryan Gougeon. Gougeon is best known for being the owner of the award winning James Joyce Irish Pub & Eatery in Ybor City. The RyGuy's Concept was tested for over 3 years at the James Joyce Irish Pub before a food truck was launched. A rabid fan base quickly formed, and we quickly outgrew the food truck.
