Ross Kashtan is a businessman who was born and raised in the car business. When Ross purchased Bula Kafe he thought he was buying a business, after dealing with a few employees, they made him realize that he bought a dream. As things went on he realized, “you can’t buy a dream, you can only nurture it, taken care of it, be open to people, and show them a good time.” (Link to 8th Anniversary Video) Since taking over Bula Kafe in 2014, Ross has opened two additional stores with huge success! Bula On The Beach in Madeira Beach, Florida and Bula Cocoa Beach, in Cocoa Beach, Florida. he continues to nurture, take care of, be open and show people a good time! His passion for Kava continues as he has witnessed how it’s helped people naturally, including himself, as well as how this ceremonial beverage brings people together thus creating a tribe and a family like community among the Kava Bars or as they call them in Vanuatu “Nakamals”. In the earlier part 2017, Ross traveled to Vanuatu, the motherland of Kava to learn first hand how Kava is grown, harvested and produced. His travels have since expanded to exotic locales such as Costa Rica and Peru to learn and experience other plant-based medicines. In his vision to help others, he wants to further expand the availability of those other plant-based medicines, in addition to Kava! 2018 brings many exciting changes and expansion for BulaNation, Inc.
