We are a yoga studio and massage spa, offering yoga classes as as well as relaxing massage sessions. We’re the oldest Tampa Yoga Studio, located in the historic Tampa FL neighborhood of Seminole Heights. We provide a safe environment in a spiritually grounded setting for people interested in growth, healing and community.
