Open Wed-Sat 11a-5pm & Sun 12-5p Rosa Fiorelli Winery, Inc. is a family-owned business located just south of Lake Manatee in the rolling hills of eastern Manatee County. Originally founded by Antonio and his wife, Rosa, after moving to this area from Casteldaccia, Sicily. They were struck by the similarities here to their native land. Soon there were five rows of bunch grapes in the backyard with the garden, and a corner of the garage closed off for making wine. Today the Winery has its own building for fermenting and bottling, and a separate building for tasting and sales. Mature grapevines allow for u-pick fresh grapes, bronze or black Muscadine grapes in early August to September.
