Tim is originally from upstate New York and. He has 3 children and 9 grandchildren. Tim graduated high school in 1975, and then went on to serve in the U.S. Marine Corp. Afterwards he attended Ulster County Community College where he studied Business Management. He later attended The University of Massachusetts at Lowell and earned his certification in Plastics Engineering. In 1992, Tim opened up TIMPAC Computers and fell in love with marketing and technology. In 2003, he ventured into Real Estate and has been going ever since. Tim loves sports, especially Football, Hockey, Baseball & Golf. Tim played Golf in high school and college and remains active in the game. In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family doing whatever keeps them together and having fun! Tim also likes to give back to the community — The Corcoran family has raised money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as well as the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, and MS Society. Tim moved to Florida in July 2015 to be closer to family and has brought his love of Real Estate and 13 years experience with him.
