Residences begin at 2,500 square feet, and each is designated with two private garage parking spaces. As an environmentally conscious developer, CORE Development is dedicated to preserving the natural habitat for wildlife on the 31-acre site, with landscape buffers four times greater than county requirements. Ray Loraine, Senior Project Scientist with environmental consulting firm Cardno Entrix, confirmed that the buffers will positively reinforce the natural splendor of the native habitat. Groundbreaking is estimated to occur in late 2016 with an expected completion date in early 2018.
