Description
At Garden of the Heart Yoga Center, classes are taught in a progressive style, with each week building on poses taught the week before. The studio offers classes for all levels of students, from beginners who have never taken a yoga class, to advanced practitioners. All of the teachers have extensive training in alignment-based Hatha Yoga, and use alignment principles to guide you safely into poses to help open your body, mind, and heart. Garden of the Heart (affectionately known as GoH) is one of Sarasota's oldest (founded in 2004) and most well-respected studios. It is conveniently located (with plenty of parking) in the Gold Tree Shopping Plaza at the corner of Ringling and Tuttle.
