All Council Oak steaks are 100% U.S.D.A. prime, dry-aged 21 to 28 days and cut to order from the restaurant's own on-site butcher shop.
Council Oak has an inspiring menu composed of tantalizing appetizers and main dishes. In addition, Council Oak offers an award-winning wine selection, featuring unique and hard-to-find wines.
